Returns policy

If you would like to make a return, we would kindly ask you to contact us within 2 days of receiving the product. Please note that you must contact us by email BEFORE organising return of the product with pictures and details of the issues involved. Once the return has been approved by FLOWERS ON FOUR ACRES, the defective product must be received by us within 3 calendar days from the date of email approval by FLOWERS ON FOUR ACRES for the return of the item.  The customer is responsible for packaging the returned item correctly and safely.
All items must be returned in the same condition and packaging they were sent in — otherwise a full exchange / refund will not be possible.
Shipping cost: If the item was defective on arrival with you, we will refund the return shipping cost so long as the item is returned in the same packaging and within the allotted time frame and prior approval is given by us via email. The shipping cost of returning the product(s) will be at the customer's own expenses if the item was not defective on arrival - please note no refund will be due on any items which are not broken or damaged (or custom made). We will do our very best to ensure we provide you with clear and professional images and details about all of our products so that you are fully informed about each product prior to purchase.
Breakages: As noted above, all issues such as breakages or damage should be reported by email with photos and delivery details within 2 days of delivery.
When posting your item back, you must obtain proof of postage of your return -please email tracking number and details upon postage to us at the email provided above. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Any items which arrive back broken due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded. Personalised or custom order items are non-refundable unless damaged or faulty.
